Has anyone else noticed that walk signals all over the city are displaying incorrectly? I remember seeing this occasionally last year and reading somewhere that the new LED lights malfunction in the cold. I guess now that these lights are a year older the problem is worse. I’ve seen dozens of them this week and it’s not even that cold yet.
